No hub required. AirTouch Beam connects directly to your home WiFi router. As long as you have a 2.4GHz WiFi network and the free AirTouch app installed, you are ready to go.

AirTouch Beam is compatible with most split system air conditioner brands sold in Australia, including Daikin, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Panasonic, Samsung, LG, Actron and more. It works with any AC unit that accepts a standard infrared remote control.
How do I install AirTouch Beam?
Installation takes around 10 minutes. Plug Beam in near your air conditioner, download the AirTouch app (iOS or Android), connect it to your WiFi network, and point it at your AC to sync the remote signals. No wiring or tools required.
Does AirTouch Beam work with Google Home or Amazon Alexa?
Yes, AirTouch Beam is compatible with Google Home and Amazon Alexa via the AirTouch app integration, allowing voice control of your air conditioner.
Can I control multiple air conditioners with one Beam?
Each AirTouch Beam unit controls one air conditioner. For multiple AC units you need one Beam per unit. We offer the Beam Duo (2 units) and Beam Trio (3 units) at discounted bundle prices.
What WiFi does AirTouch Beam require?
AirTouch Beam requires a 2.4GHz WiFi network. Most home routers broadcast both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands — ensure you connect Beam to the 2.4GHz network during setup.
