AirTouch Beam – Returns & Warranty Policy (Australia)

1. Our Promise

AirTouch Beam products are built to last. If anything falls short of that standard, we’ll make it right—quickly, at no cost to you, and always in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


2. Five-Year Comprehensive Warranty

5 years from the date of original purchase (or delivery, if later).

What we’ll do

Repair or replace the unit with a new or equivalent model. If neither is reasonable, you may choose a refund.

Cost to you

$0 – we supply a prepaid Australia Post satchel for every approved return (see § 5).

What’s covered

Defects in materials or workmanship, software faults originating from us, and any failure to meet the “acceptable quality” guarantees under the ACL.

What’s not covered

Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, accidental damage (e.g. power surge, liquid ingress), or installation contrary to our instructions. Consumables (batteries, mounting tape) are not covered beyond ACL guarantees.


3. 30-Day Change-of-Mind Returns

We want you to love your AirTouch Beam. If you decide it isn’t right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions

  • Product must be in as-new condition with all accessories.
  • Proof of purchase required.
  • One change-of-mind return per customer per product model.

4. Dead-on-Arrival & Transit Damage

If your Beam arrives damaged or not working, contact us within 30 days. We’ll express-ship a replacement and arrange collection of the faulty unit at our expense.


5. How to Make a Return (Warranty or Change-of-Mind)

  1. Contact us
    https://airtouchhome.com.au/pages/contact or call 1300 980 656 with your order number, serial number and issue description.
  2. Receive prepaid mailbag
    • We’ll email you an Australia Post label or post you a satchel within one business day.
  3. Pack & lodge
    • Place the Beam (and accessories, if requested) in its packaging, affix the label and lodge it over the counter or in a red post-box. Tracking is automatic—keep the receipt.
  4. Assessment
    • Once it reaches our Brisbane service centre, we’ll inspect it within 48 hours.
  5. Resolution
    Warranty claim approved – we dispatch a replacement (or issue a refund) immediately.
    Change-of-mind – refund processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Bank processing times may add 1-3 days.

6. Your ACL Rights Remain Unaffected

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces the consumer guarantees under Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). If your Beam has a major failure, you are entitled to your choice of a refund or replacement, and we will cover all reasonable return costs.
