Where do you ship to?

We currently ship orders to addresses within Australia only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

What shipping options are available?

We use Australia Post as our shipping partner.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

What if I’m not home for delivery?

We deliver to residential, business, and PO Box addresses within Australia.
A signature may be required for high-value orders.
If no one is available, the courier may leave a card with collection instructions or arrange re-delivery.

What causes delivery delays?

  • High parcel volumes during peak seasons
  • Carrier operational issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us via our Contact page with your order number.

What if my order is damaged or missing items?

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product where possible.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.
